Dell's Latitude XT2 convertible was leaked to us way back in March, and although it missed that planned November ship date, it's suddenly showed up in an absolute downpour of documentation -- great news if you didn't have any light reading for the weekend.

We did a nice heavy skimming of the material for you, and spec-wise, it's basically just the expected bump up to Montevina: an unspecified ULV Core 2 Duo on an 800MHz bus with integrated Intel GMA X4500 graphics, up to 5GB of DDR3 RAM and the same 12.1-inch multitouch-capable capacitive touchscreen as in the original. (Hellooo Windows 7!) Still no solid word on availability or pricing yet -- hopefully we'll hear more soon.

The Samsung ML-1630 Printer makes fools of us all. At first glance we weren’t sure if it was a digital scale or some kind of light-up paperweight, but we certainly didn’t think it was a printer. Kudos Samsung for making us want a printer for looking cool rather than what it does. $159

The HP 2133 Mini-Note was (and still is) ahead of its time design-wise, with an aluminum finish that made the original ASUS EeePC 4G look like a toy by comparison. As one of the first netbooks that helped spur the ongoing revolution, it was enticingly presented and crafted to look like its EliteBook business siblings.

But it wasn't without flaws. Specifically, the VIA processing innards were slow and required excessive cooling, resulting in significant fan noise and heat coming from the base. The newly minted HP Mini 2140 ($500 street) replaces the older parts with faster and more energy-efficient ones from the Intel Atom platform while keeping the impeccably fresh design intact. It's basically a business and education version of the HP Mini 1000.

The ViewSonic ViePC VPC100 will be available for purchase in February for $549.

Asus Eee Keyboard PC: Featuring wireless HDMI, it's a "fully functional PC" with full QWERTY and a mini secondary touchscreen. Asus was vague as to if/when we'll actually see the Eee Keyboard come to market (though we're pretty sure it's a semi-real product), but it's a fantastic concept for a home theater PC if we've ever seen one. Through wireless HDMI you could potentially make any television into your monitor (complete with audio playback) without having some huge PC taking up space. Processor? RAM? Yeah, we have no clue. But look at all those ports!

If you think that even the Mac mini has too many bells and whistles then you’ll appreciate the Pano Logic Computer. It literally fits in the palm of your hand, doesn’t have any disk drives, or even a hard drive and processor. We’re not really sure how it works, but we think some kind of voodoo may be involved. (Actually, all of the real computing is done off site somewhere which is subscription based) $300

Here comes number 1, the elite laptop beast. To be fair, turning Xbox into an Xbox laptop was a minefield of design difficulties, and it showed. The laptop is so ugly, the design cannot be taken seriously, it is just one huge prank. Hats off to the designer

Being a gaming laptop, Dell XPS 1730 doesn’t look business-like, and it’s a plus. But if all gaming laptops looked like that, this world would be a very scaryplace to live in.
