In the stylized shot, the former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham sucks her thumb in an apparent attempt at a little-girl-lost look. It looks like Mrs Beckham has had a little help from the photoshop fairies to airbrush out her spotty complexion to give her flawless skin.

Entitled the Barbazan, the dress features an organza bodice overlay and sequined hip panel. Speaking of the collection, she explained, 'Forties and Fifties underwear played a big influence on the collection, but the inspiration is me.
