Samsung S8300 UltraTOUCH preview & Specification: First look

Known as Samsung S8300 UltraTOUCH or simply Tocco Ultra depending on the market, the latest touch phone by Samsung comes in the slider form factor. Beside the killer looks and slim profile of only 12.7mm, the specs sheet of the Samsung S8300 continues with a 2.8" capacitive OLED touchscreen, 8 megapixel camera and a GPS-receiver with Route 66 navigation.

ASUS N81Vg Notebook loaded with Intel Core 2 Duo processors, while available hard drive capacities range from 160GB to 500GB. Two DDR2 SO-DIMM slots allow RAM expansion up to 4GB. The DVD Super Multi drive can also be used to play Blu-ray discs.

Also featuring the new NVIDIA GeForce GT 120M GPU. The device offers a 14-inch LED-backlit display that supports 1080p video playback. The NVIDIA GT 120M features 32 cores and CUDA architecture, with 110 gigaflops of processing power and PureVideo HD that handles all of the video decoding process. DirectX 10, CyberLink PowerPirector and motionDSP vReal are all supported, along with a variety of other video or image editing programs. The 100M series is designed to replace most of the 9000M series of mobile GPUs, offering higher speeds while using the same optimizations as the desktop equivalents. Shipping and pricing information for the N81Vg has not yet been announced.

Sony Ericsson C901 has a 5-megapixel camera like the C903 and likewise sports 3G data network support and quad-band GSM for voice. The camera's functions are similarly high-end and involve an LED flash, autofocus, face and smile detection and geotagging using built-in GPS.

Other specs are expected to comprise of an external memory card slot, 2.2-inch display, built-in FM radio tuner, Bluetooth communications and a built-in accelerometer to rotate the display. While pricing information is as yet unknown, the handset will be available in the spring in black, silver and peach colors.

Fatima Bhutto Dating With Hollywood Star George Clooney

Hollywood heartthrob said to be uncharacteristically serious about Fatima. George Clooney, one of Hollywood’s most eligible bachelors, is said to be dating slain Pakistani prime minister Benazir Bhutto's niece Fatima Bhutto.

But the film star says his heartthrob days could be coming to an end if the 26-year-old poet-journalist wants to take the relationship to the next level and spend some serious time with him in the US, Pakistani newspaper The Nation reported on Wednesday (Feb 11) quoting The National Enquirer.

"He's still out there with his usual assortment of Hollywood eye-candy hanging from his arm. But George insists those days could be coming to an end if Fatima wants to take their relationship to the next level and spend some serious time with him in the US," a source said.

"Tricky long distance, Pakistan-to-US dating logistics aside, we think the two would make a nice couple. I mean, just look at her CV. She's a far cry from Clooney's last girlfriend, the 'Fear Factor' contestant, Sara Larson.

"Fatima Bhutto did her graduation in Middle Eastern studies from Barnard and a masters in South Asian Studies from University of London. So she's educated," added the source.

According to the newspaper, Clooney, 47, is also said to be uncharacteristically serious about her, especially considering how smart and independent she is.

Although Clooney has been able to keep the relationship under wraps, in private he is gushing to pals about the raven-haired Fatima, say insiders.

Clooney and Fatima met at an international conference last year and the film star quickly fell for her, revealed the source.

"Fatima was educated at Columbia University... and knew of his heartthrob reputation, but she didn't take his advances seriously because she thought their age difference - not to mention where they each lived - would make a serious relationship impractical. But Clooney has courted her by phone and e-mail and arranged to meet her abroad when their schedules allowed it."
